1. About The Glass Chapel
Glass Chapel & Conference Center is a breathtaking event venue located in Broken Arrow that has been serving the Tulsa community and surrounding areas since 1996. Glass Chapel is a beautifully designed wedding venue that sits in a lovely wooded area. Windows reach floor to ceiling allowing the colors and ambiance of nature to flood in. Marble leads down the aisle. Honey-hued wood ceiling, beams, and stage give off a rich and inviting warmth. Trims in whites add refining detail. The overall effect creates an ideal setting for weddings and vow renewals. We are one of Tulsa’s premier wedding venues. Located on 91st Street between 145th East Ave and 161st East Ave in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Glass Chapel is nestled on seventeen beautifully wooded acres, offering both the ambiance of nature and the convenience of being in town.
2. Capacity: How many guests can The Glass Chapel accommodate?
The chapel and reception hall accommodates up to 150 people. The wedding party is included in the guaranteed guest count. Children five years and under do not need to be counted in the per person count, but you’ll want to let them know how many 4 and under children you expect so that they can make note of it for set up.
3. Cost: How much does it cost to get married at The Glass Chapel and what does it include?
The rental fee for a ceremony and reception package begins at $6,000. The Glass Chapel has different package options that range from full-service to venue only rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $200.00/hr. A refundable security deposit of $600 is required and a $325 security fee is required to serve alcohol.
Another perk that Glass Chapel offers is they will take $1000 off for a weekday (Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday) wedding. As for Sunday weddings, they have a special package guide (linked below). You may want to note that the ceremony-only package, Amor, is only available to be booked on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays.

4. Catering: Does The Glass Chapel allow outside caterers, and are there preferred vendors?
You may choose your own vendors. Glass Chapel will ask you for a list of your vendors at your final appointment. If you need assistance finding vendors, they welcome you to ask for their recommendation list and brochures. Glass Chapel is a full-service facility. They are partnered with some of the best caterers in Tulsa. However, they do offer a package where you may select your own catering and additional vendors. Servers are included in most, but not all Reception Service packages.

Being in the heart of Broken Arrow means there are ample hotel options nearby, including but not limited to;

6. Rain Plan: What are the plans if there is inclement weather?
The chapel itself as well as the large, beautiful reception area are both indoors so you never have to worry about the rain! The Glass Chapel offers a beautiful and unique setting, perfect for your wedding day. The Glass Chapel is an exquisite venue with floor-to-ceiling glass walls that offer breathtaking views of the surrounding woodland. The natural light that floods the space creates a serene and ethereal atmosphere, making it the perfect backdrop for your special day.
7. Setup & Cleanup: Who is responsible for setting up and cleaning up the event space?
Full day wedding packages are available to allow time for set up and breakdown. The Glass Chapel’s expert staff can set up tables and chairs on the deck. For tables and chairs included in your guest count, they will set up on the deck at no extra charge. If you would like tables and chairs set up in addition to your guest count, there will be an additional charge. You are welcome to bring your own decorations. The Glass Chapel does ask that you coordinate your decorations with the office. You must also include any set up you may need to do in your rental time. Chapel Set-up and Clean-up is included in all of their wedding package, and Reception Set-up and Clean-up is included in most of their wedding packages.
8. Coordinator: Does The Glass Chapel provide a wedding coordinator to help with your day?
The Glass Chapel allows you the freedom and flexibility to choose your own wedding vendors. It is worth noting that they will ask you for a list of your vendors at your final appointment. If you need assistance finding vendors, they welcome you to ask for their recommendation list and brochures. Let us be the first to tell you- a professional wedding coordinator can be one of the biggest aspects to a stress-free wedding!
9. Alcohol: What is the alcohol policy at The Glass Chapel?
The Glass Chapel does allow for you and your guests to enjoy alcoholic beverages at your event. A surcharge of $325.00 will apply for any events where alcohol will be served. This fee will cover the bar for up to six hours. An additional $40 per hour will be charged if the bar hours exceed the six hour time frame. Glass Chapel will not serve or provide the alcohol for your event. All alcohol must be served by an approved and preferred bartending service and they will take responsibility and liability of alcohol services.

10. Wedding Rehearsal: Does The Glass Chapel provide an option for a wedding rehearsal?
If you want your wedding to go off without a hitch, it’s best to plan on having a wedding rehearsal. The good news is that a 1 hour rehearsal is included with every wedding package!
11. Deposit/Payment/Fees: What is the deposit and payment schedule? Any other fees?
Reservation Deposit: The reservation deposit is 25 percent of your package total. The deposit will officially hold your date for you. For your convenience, we have divided the balance so you can make payments along the way.
Payment schedule: 25% due 8 months prior to wedding. 25% due 4 months prior to wedding. Remaining balance due two weeks prior to wedding.
Damage Deposit: Credit card information will be collected three weeks prior to the wedding to hold a $1,000 damage deposit. Damage deposit will be discarded if there is no damage or additional time used.
Alcohol: Approved bartending services apply – call for details. A $325 security fee is required for any events with alcohol. Prices are based on 6 hours of bar service.
