1. About The Springs

The Springs is one of the most iconic and versatile wedding venues in the Tulsa area. Located just northwest of Tulsa and nestled within the green hills of Sperry, OK. The Springs has one incredible feature after another. The reception hall is large yet welcoming, encased by  amenities that are classic in taste, and just the right amount of modern. The Springs is the perfect venue for nearly any size wedding with ample seating inside and out. Photo opportunities are also endless with perfectly manicured gardens, tree swing, beautiful windows unique iron/glass doors, and views overlooking Skiatook lake. The Springs is unlike any other venue and certainly worth the time to tour. 

2. Capacity: How many guests can The Springs accommodate?

With their large reception hall and outdoor ceremony area, the Springs can accommodate up to 320 guests for your wedding day.

3. Cost: How much does it cost to get married at The Springs and what does it include?

The Springs has a variety of packages that range from $2,500 to $7,000 and are based on the month and day of the week giving you the perfect opportunity to find the right time that works for you based on your specific vision and budget.

    As for what it includes, The Springs generously includes all of the following in every package;

        • 15 hour full-day rental (9am-midnight)
        • Tables and chairs
        • Indoor or outdoor ceremony option
        • Furniture set up & take down
        • Large indoor bar and buffett table
        • 2 spacious wedding suites with private restrooms
        • Event day venue attendant
        • Indoor heating and air-conditioning
        • Two (2hr) photo appointments for engagement or bridals
        • Ability to schedule unlimited site visits for planning
        • Flexible venue payment options
        • Vendor Flexibility (only bartending & security are required from their list)
        • Up to 320 guests


    4. Catering: Does The Springs allow outside caterers, and are there preferred vendors?

    Outside vendors are welcome while the caterers of your choice will have access to the venue’s fully-equipped kitchen, however, bartending and security are required from the list– the bartending and security they have are exactly who we would also hire if we were planning a wedding so you are in good hands with their selection.

    5. Accommodations: Are there hotel options near The Springs?

    With Sperry only being about 30 minutes away from the city of Tulsa, there are ample hotel options nearby including, but not limited to;

    6. Rain Plan: What are the plans if there is inclement weather?

    With a variety of indoor and outdoor event spaces, couples can choose the perfect setting for their special day, whether it’s a beautiful outdoor ceremony or timeless indoor option. With room to flip the ceremony into the reception, and multiple layout options. The Springs is a great choice, even on a rainy day.

    7. Setup & Cleanup: Who is responsible for setting up and cleaning up the event space?

    Included at The Springs is furniture set up and take down.

    8. Coordinator: Does The Springs provide a wedding coordinator to help with your day?

    A wedding coordinator can be one of the biggest aspects to a stress-free wedding. Included is an event day venue attendant, however, The Springs does offer a list of recommended venue coordinators to help all of the tasks leading up to and on your big day.

    9. Alcohol: What is the alcohol policy at The Springs?

    Weddings and receptions that are wanting to have alcohol at their wedding can do so, but will need the required bartending and security staff to do so.

    10. Wedding Rehearsal: Does The Springs provide an option for a wedding rehearsal?

    If you want your wedding to go off without a hitch, it’s best to plan on having a wedding rehearsal. The good news is that you can pre-plan your rehearsal time with every wedding package! We’ve seen many do a morning of reheasal which also works beautifully.

    11. Deposit/Payment/Fees: What is the deposit and payment schedule? Any other fees?

As someone who grew up on a ranch, I love the outdoors and all it represents. If your friends are wanting to take a boat out and go fishing before the wedding day, Skiatook lake is right there. Better yet, let’s get photos! The lake in the background is the perfect backdrop for your wedding at any time of year. At The Springs, we’ve already scoped out the best locations for creatives (photos of the two of you together), first looks, getting ready lighting/angles and more. We know where the flash stands need to be to illuminate the dance floor without casting distracting shadows from the beautiful chandeliers. We’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and are always happy to share that information to help you have the best possible wedding day ever.
