What differentiates a wedding collection from an elopement?

Elopements consist of the couple, officiant, and maybe a few friends. Elopements often refer to a smaller group of family and friends as well as a shorter timeframe.

When it comes to a wedding collection, we are often looking at more coverage, additional photographers, and even additional services such as engagement or bridal sessions, or even photo booth or video options.

Though we often photograph larger weddings, we L♥️VE any wedding that includes an incredible couple who is excited at the idea of capturing beautiful wedding images that are genuine, authentic, and relational. If this sounds like what you are looking for, we would love to hear from you!

Do you have a physical location where we can meet?

It is actually important to meet your wedding photographer in person. Meetings are designed around hearing more about your day, discovering what you value, and make sure we can customize a collection to be exactly what you are looking for in your wedding day coverage. We can either meet at our studio in South Tulsa, or over Zoom! Which ever option you prefer works great for us, (though there are a few bonuses to meeting at our studio). 🙂

What is included at a minimum?

At a minimum our collections include Tabor or Emily Warren as your lead photographer, three hours of coverage for elopements, 4 hours of coverage for wedding collections, high resolution digital files, retouching, print release, online gallery, album design and a special surprise experience we include with every TWP wedding collection crafted. 🙂 From there it is most common to add additional time, a second photographer, engagement/bridal/family sessions, photo booth, video, and parent albums.

What happens if you DO have my wedding date available?

If we do have your wedding date open, we will send over a quick text or email to let you know that your date is available!

What happens if you DO NOT have my wedding date available?

If we do not have your wedding date available, we will be sad that we can’t physically be there for you on your wedding day, but will be happy to suggest other professional photographers in the area based on who we believe would be a good fit for your wedding day!

Does it matter how many people are at my wedding?

As far as pricing goes, the number of people doesn’t affect pricing directly, however, we are here to provide the best possible coverage and customize that coverage around several factors, including wedding size. When we photograph weddings with only a few attendees, having multiple photographers is more distracting to the moments than beneficial for coverage. When we have weddings of 450+ guests, there is so much going on, it would be impossible for one photographer, no matter how skilled or seasoned to capture every candid laugh and genuine smile on your wedding day– in this instance two (or even three) photographers would be ideal for your coverage.

What happens if I cannot get on a phone call or meet in person?

We deeply believe in the benefits of talking by phone to learn more about who you are as individuals and who you’ve become as a couple. If you are unable to have that phone call, we might not be the best fit to be your photographers. There are countless photographers out there, many of which are good, however, the way our experience works we need a level of candidness that allows us to capture the genuine, authentic, and relational style of imagery we’ve become known for across the US.

Can you just send over pricing?

Since we do not have standard one-size-fits-all style packages, we are unable to simply send over a .pdf of pricing, however, our customized collections typically land somewhere between $4,500 and 7,200 depending on the extent of coverage needed for the wedding day.

We believe every couple is unique, and have collections for every size and style of wedding. From here, we want to get to know you, and see what we can do to fits your needs exactly. This is your one wedding day, and we are passionate about making it the best day ever. We’ll chat soon!
